From our lab tests, based on both measurements and simulations, the shield is able to attenuate the radiations from 2 to 6 GHz by 80% at the very least. In some cases, the shield is able to attenuate the radiations by 100%. In other words, the maximum transmission through the shield is 20% and the minimum is 0% which means complete blocking against radiations. Check out the full test and result in the video
